SMC Electronics has an excellent opportunity for problem solving Technical Support Specialists with an emphasis on sales. We are now seeking several individuals with experience in either selling or providing telephone support for data communications services and/or products.

The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and/or selling telecommunications products and/or services directly to data/telecommunication companies, excellent presentation skills, be highly organized and highly motivated, and have proven problem-solving success with demonstrated ability to structure long-term relations with customers.
